SAS Counseling Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your counseling appointment, then you must notify the SAS office at least 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and campus observed holidays are not considered business hours.

You can cancel your appointment by sending an email to sbvcsas@valleycollege.edu or by calling (909) 384-4443.  If a staff member is not available to answer your call, then please leave a voicemail.

If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late for your counseling appointment, then you will be considered a “no-show.”

SAS Counseling Appointment No-Show Policy

  • If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late for your counseling appointment, then you will be considered a “no-show”.
  • If you are a “no-show” for your counseling appointment, then you will receive an email notification reminding you of the Cancellation and No-Show policy.
  • If you have two consecutive “no-shows,” then your ability to schedule future SAS counseling appointments will be temporarily suspended. You will need to schedule an appointment to meet with the SAS Director to reinstate your ability to schedule future counseling appointments.
