Refund Policy
  • Full Refund: Drop class one day before semester begins.
  • Partial Refund: Drop class within the first 10% of your class. (Enrollment Fees Refundable). 
  • A $10 refund processing fee will be deducted.
  • Refunds processed automatically (8-10 wks).

 Refund Deadline 2025/2026
If you paid enrollment fees ($46 per unit) and later awarded the BOGG fee waiver, refunds will automatically be refunded by our District Office. It can take up to 10 weeks. A check will be mailed.
Pass/No Pass Deadline Apply in AD/SS-100 before the first 30% of you class (Same as your drop deadline - SelfService)
