Choose the option that best describes you to begin the application process.

New Student

You are 18 years or older and have graduated from High School or have been awarded a California Certificate of Proficiency, completed the GED, or have been awarded a certificate of completion from a high school.

Returning Student

If you are returning to San Bernardino Valley College after being out for one primary term (Fall or Spring), you will need to reapply.

International Student

For F1 Visa students who wish to study in the United States at SBVC.

High School Dual Enrollment

Enroll in SBVC classes while you're still attending high school.

Veteran

Veterans receive special admissions.

Monday and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m
New location the week of November 24-26: Counseling Center, ADSS-103
November 24 & 25: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
November 26: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Campus Closed • Thursday, November 27, 2025 and Friday, November 28, 2025 for Thanksgiving.
