Admissions and Records offers a variety of services including accessing academic history, requesting an evaluation of prior college credits, applying for your degree or if you are an outside agency trying to verify past enrollment.

What Can We Help You With?

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) ensures that your student records are handled confidentially and securely.  Read online about your records and rights as they pertain to FERPA (p. 27). If you have questions regarding what FERPA means to you and your records, please email the Admissions & Records Office.

Additionally, Students may secure their records by authorizing a specific person to handle transcript requests and/or enrollment Verifications.  To the student, by submitting a Release of Information Form to the Admissions & Records Office, you may select a representative to retrieve/verify your academic record.
