Make an Appointment with a Counselor

To make an appointment with a Nursing Counselor, use the links below or call (909) 384-4450 for an online or in-person appointment. We currently accept appointments up to seven days in advance.

  • If you only see in-person and would like online, please call; we can adjust the appointment modality to fit your needs.
  • If no appointments are populating, this means we are currently fully booked. Next-day availability populates each day at midnight. 
  • Please check your email the day of the appointment to see if anything has changed.
