What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the use of digital information and communication technologies, like computers, tablets and smartphones, to access and manage your health care online away from your healthcare provider’s office. These may be technologies you use from home or that your provider uses to improve or support health care online.

Medical Services

Medical visits with the Nurse Practitioner include:

  • Medication & birth control refills
  • Fever, allergies, colds/flu, sore throat, pink eye
  • Diarrhea, constipation, vomiting, heartburn
  • Skin problems such as rashes
  • Muscle and joint pain
  • Headaches
  • STI screening
  • Family Pact
    • birth control initiation/refill
    • STI screening
  • UTI

Medical visits with the College Nurse include:

  • Medical triage
  • Immunization review and guidance
  • Health promotion and disease prevention

Counseling Services

Are offered on a "first come first serve basis". If a student is unable to schedule an appointment due to no available counselors, you will be added to our waiting list. A bilingual Spanish/English speaking counselor is available upon request. When a counselor is available, you will be contacted via email or phone. If you need immediate services, please refer to our "Crisis" resource page.
