Anthropology Study Abroad
This program is currently suspended until international student travel is approved by the SBCCD.
Students have the opportunity to study ANTH 102 Cultural Anthropology (3 units) out of the country. This class transfers to CSU and UC.
This is a 5-week class held in Summer Session 1 beginning with a hybrid or in-person class on the SBVC campus for the first three weeks. Then students and faculty will travel together for the last two weeks of class. In our out-of-country location, students will have classtime with the SBVC faculty member and out-of-class experiences of cultural immersion, exploration, and ethnographic skill-building.

Requirements: 18 yrs old, 2.5+ GPA, completion of 12 transfer-level college classes
