Concert Band (MUS 166) and Wind Ensemble (MUS 162) provide a musically creative opportunity for students who play wind, brass, and percussion instruments to collaborate together. The course fulfills Ensemble credit for the Music AA and Music AA-T degrees, and focuses on the study of fundamentals (scales, rhythm, tuning), and standard wind band repertoire. Prior experience on an instrument is suggested for Concert Band and required for Wind Ensemble.

Concert Band and Wind Ensemble meet during the semester on Monday nights at 6pm.
