Campus Technology Services – San Bernardino Valley College 

Campus Technology Services (CTS) is dedicated to supporting the technology needs of San Bernardino Valley College by delivering reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that empower students, faculty, and staff to succeed. Guided by the College’s Technology Strategic Plan, CTS plays a vital role in enhancing teaching, learning, and operational effectiveness across campus. CTS provides comprehensive support for end-user technology and software, ensuring that faculty, staff, and students have the tools they need to work efficiently and effectively. Our team supports classroom and computer lab technology, maintaining modern, functional instructional environments that foster student engagement and success. We also provide AV instructional support, assisting instructors with in-class technology needs such as presentation systems, displays, audio equipment, instructional software, and hybrid or technology-enhanced teaching environments. In addition, CTS delivers audio-visual (AV) and event technology support for campus events, meetings, and special programs, helping ensure seamless and professional experiences. In alignment with our commitment to empowering effective training and cultivating technological literacy, CTS offers technical training and professional development, enabling the campus community to confidently navigate and leverage technology. CTS also provides printing services support, along with networking and cybersecurity support, safeguarding campus systems and promoting a culture of cybersecurity awareness and shared responsibility. Embracing a philosophy of continuous improvement, CTS actively explores and adopts emerging technologies that enhance the educational experience and campus operations. Through strong community partnerships and exemplary service standards, we strive to meet the evolving technological needs of SBVC and leverage technology to make a positive impact on our campus community.
