Sign up for Wolverine Telehealth: 24/7 access to a doctor remotely for the semester - https://www.24hourdocs.com/valley-college/.

We are providing in-person and telehealth services for mental health counseling and medical health. To ensure the health and safety of all, we require appointments for all of our visits. To make an appointment, please call (909) 384-4495. We are located in the front of parking lot #8. Not all mental healthcare situations and medical health needs are appropriate for telehealth, such as emergent and/or crisis services. If interested, see our Online Services. HIIT Fitness Fridays

Join us for virtual HIIT fitness classes with personal fitness trainer, Michaela Niesen, owner of "Commit to be Fit by Michaela." HIIT class (high-intensity interval training) combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. The class is 35 minutes including warm up, workout, and cool down. No equipment needed. Comfortable workout clothes, water, and sweat towel recommended. Open to all SBVC students, faculty, and staff!

Mindful Moments

Join us for a virtual mindful break on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, starting September 14. Learn how to practice mindfulness through meditation and mindful movement. Facilitated by Marie Maghuyop, SBVC Student Activities Specialist and a B4C 200-hour Certified Yoga and Wellness Instructor. Open to all SBVC students, faculty, and staff!

Take a Class at SBVC!

SBVC offers a rich array of courses that can improve your physical and mental health, including kinesiology, dance, music, art, nutrition, health education, and theatre. SBVC employees and their families are eligible for fee reimbursement upon successful course completion!

Permanent contract employees who meet eligibility requirements can have their SBVC and/or CHC tuition fees reimbursed at 100%. Tuition fees are defined as the state assigned cost per unit multiplied by enrolled units. Only courses completed with a letter grade of ā€œCā€ or better are eligible for reimbursement.
