We make the utmost effort to see students in a timely manner. However, during registration periods, appointments fill quickly.

Counseling for your academic, career, and life goals.

Counseling services are available virtually via SARS, a web-based appointment platform and in-person. SBVC counselors can assist you in making informed decisions about your academic, career, and life goals.

Counseling will have drop-in services (walk-in appointments) for the first two weeks of the semester.

If you want more information on how to navigate the new “Self-Service” system, check out the videos that are available on the SBVC YouTube page.

NOTICE: Beginning June 29, General Counseling will transition away from drop-in appointments to scheduled appointments only. As part of this transition, we will also be switching to a new appointment booking platform. The appearance and interface of the appointment scheduling platform will have a new look through the SARS system but the process to book remains the same.

Appointments are made three days in advance and open at midnight for available appointments. If you would like to convert your in-person appointment to an online appointment, please call the office at 909-384-4404 (then press 0 to be connected to the front desk). To cancel an appointment, call or use the appointment link below.
