Foster Youth Overcomes Adversity Through SBVC's Student Support Program

Despite being separated from his nine siblings and bouncing through numerous foster homes in his youth, Devonte Kilgore has found academic success through the SBVC Guardian Scholars foster youth program. He will be graduating next spring with an associate's degree in administration of justice.
