SBVC hosted a special guest lecture to campus staff and faculty about racial microaggressions, presented by Dr. Frank Harris III. Harris described the concepts of unconscious bias and racial microaggressions in the classroom and on campus and explained the relationship between unconscious bias and racial microaggressions.
