It’s the SUMMER of FREE TUITION AND Rental Access to Books!
This summer, you can save money and focus on learning without worrying about paying
tuition or buying your textbooks for class. San Bernardino Valley College is providing
all students with free tuition, please note students are still responsible for student
fees. Rental access to textbooks plus course materials for summer 2023 will also be
available to all students!

What is Tuition?
When we say tuition, we are referring to the enrollment fee.
The enrollment fee is $46.00 per unit or $332.00 per semester unit for non-resident international students.
If you enroll for Summer 2023, the enrollment fee will be waived.
Tuition does not include required student registration fees.*

All students who register at San Bernardino Valley College for Summer 2023.
How does Free Tuition work?
Simply register for your classes and your tuition fees will automatically be deducted
from your account. Students are responsible for student fees.

How do I become a student?
Take the first step by visiting San Bernardino Valley College at https://www.valleycollege.edu/apply
We'll help you enroll.
Am I required to fill out a financial aid application?
No - However you are strongly encouraged to apply. Many students are eligible for additional grants and scholarships.

- Campus Center Fee - $1 per unit ($10 max annually)
- Health & Accident Fee - $23
- Transportation Fee - $8 ($9 for 6 units or more)

Will I be required to pay anything if I register for Summer 2023?
Yes - just the student registration fees, but not tuition (or enrollment fee).

Tuition and student registration fees will not be covered for Fall 2023 and Spring 2024.

Do I need to pay for parking?
No - Parking is free for all students this Summer.
Permits will be required for Fall and will be $45.
Beginning July 1st, fall permits will be available to purchase online.
Tuition = Enrollment Fees: $46.00 per unit or Non-Resident /international Tuition:
$332.00 per semester unit.
