Need help with your FAFSA or Dream Act Application? Visit our Financial Aid Lab! Join below and get assistance in our computer lab when it's your turn. Our lab is located on the side of the Financial Aid Office.

In order to electronically sign your FAFSA application, you must apply for a FSA ID username and password when logging in to fafsa.gov. All dependent students are required to have at least one parent apply for a FSA ID username and password.

In addition, all financial aid applicants who are California residents should also apply for a Cal Grant from the California Student Aid Commission. For more Cal Grant information please visit www.calgrants.org.

NOW IS THE TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR 2018-2019 FAFSA APPLICATION!

Meet the March 2nd priority deadline by applying now! Go to www.fafsa.gov and submit your 2018-2019 FAFSA application which goes into effect the Fall 2018 semester. By completing your FAFSA application early the Financial Aid Office can determine your CA College Promise Grant eligibility automatically. No waiting in line required! If you meet eligibility requirements your CA College Promise Grant fee waiver will be applied to your account before the beginning of the Fall 2018 semester. Additionally, by applying early you may be considered for additional grant funding!

Students will be notified, via their SBVC email account and WebAdvisor, of required documentation needed for file processing by May 2018. Students must submit all required documentation before the Financial Aid Office can determine eligibility. 

 

DREAMERS - NOW IS THE TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR 2018-2019 DREAM ACT APPLICATION!

For students who are not a U.S. Citizen or Eligible Non-Citizen you may qualify for a CA College Promise Grant Fee Waiver, state grants and scholarships.  Determine your eligibility.

Meet the March 2nd priority deadline by applying now! Go to https://dream.csac.ca.gov and submit your 2018-2019 Dream Act application which goes into affect the Fall 2018 semester. By completing your Dream Act application early your CA College Promise Grant fee waiver may be available before the beginning of the Fall 2018 semester. 

Please note, all CA Dreamer students must meet AB540 eligibility requirements, as determined by the Admissions and Records Office, to be considered for a CA College Promise Grant fee waiver.
