The Senate generally meets every second Friday of the month from 12:30-2:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted, at alternate locations within the campus.

An email also goes out to the classified staff email distribution list the week of the meeting with specific details on meeting location and any other meeting changes.

You can submit any agenda items no later than one week prior to Classified Senate meetings via this link.

All classified staff members that serve on any committee please submit reports to Classified Senate President Judy Rodriguez or in person during the Committees Report portion of the Classified Senate Meeting. Report forms can be found in the Collegial Consultation Committees portion of the website.
