Guidelines for Accessibility in web content are mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. It is up to individual instructors to ensure their web pages in an online course are accessible. Below are resources to that end, so that faculty may build their course with accessibility in mind from the get-go, preventing time-consuming retrofitting after a course has been built.

Most of the resources below are links to videos describing the building of accessible online course content as it pertains to the CVC-OEI Course Design Rubric, the cornerstone of online course design at San Bernardino Valley College.
