Super Saturday

On Saturday, November 21st, San Bernardino Valley College will be available on Zoom from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm to help students complete the enrollment and registration process for the Spring semester.

Here’s what will be virtually available for you during Super Saturday:

  • Application Assistance:   We’ll have staff available to help you complete your online application to SBVC through OpenCCC.net.
  • Concurrent Enrollment Petition Assistance:  If you are a high school student interested in taking SBVC classes, staff will be available to help you complete the paperwork to enroll in college classes that will help you earn college and high-school credit at the same time. 
  • Counseling:  Counseling will be available to help teach you how to log into Cranium Café where you can make counseling appointments, develop an Education Plan, and select classes for next semester.
  • Assessment:  Assessment will be available to help guide you through the self-paced placement exam
  • Disabled Students Programs and Services: We’ll have DSPS representatives available to help guide you through the college’s processes.
  • Financial Aid: We’ll have financial aid representatives available to discuss the loans and grants available to you.  If you would like to meet with financial aid, please apply at www.fafsa.gov, School ID 001272, as soon as possible. Then, on Super Saturday, make sure to have access to:

o   Your Social Security Card (if available)
o   Your Student Federal Tax Return (if filed with W2 forms)
o   If under 24 and unmarried, you will need your    parent(s)/guardian(s) Federal Tax Return with their W2(s), date(s) of birth, email address(es), and cell phone number(s)
