Before applying for a grant, fill out this short form. It’s the first step in the process—and it helps us support you every step of the way.

 

Why this form matters:

  • It tells your supervisor and the Grants Office that you’re planning to apply.
  • It helps us see how your idea connects to your goals and the district’s big-picture priorities.
  • It gives Executive Leadership the info they need to decide if you’re good to go.

 

What happens after you submit:

  • We take a quick look and follow up if anything’s missing.
  • We present your form to Executive Leadership (Chancellor's Cabinet or President's Cabinet) for review.
  • Once approved, we’ll help you plan next steps and get your proposal ready.

 

A few quick tips:

You don’t need every detail—just a clear idea of what you’re hoping to do and why it matters.
It helps to talk with your supervisor first. They’ll be asked to sign off.
