Nature of Education Program (34 CFR 668.72)

To ensure that the nature of educational programs is not misrepresented, the information delineated in this section is clearly outlined in our college catalog, policies and procedures, various campus departments and the college website. All academic programs are reviewed as part of our institution’s Program Review process. Programs undergo a complete evaluation every four years. Needs requests in various areas may be evaluated annually (personnel, facilities, equipment, supplies, technology). Curriculum must be reviewed by the Curriculum committee every six years.

An eligible institution, its representatives, or any eligible institution, organization or person with whom the eligible institution has an agreement may not describe the eligible institution’s participation in the Title IV, HEA programs in a manner that suggests approval or endorsement by the U.S. Department of Education of the quality of its educational programs.
