Early Intervention and Inclusion


The Early Intervention and Inclusion Certificate prepares individuals to work as early childhood paraprofessionals with expertise in special education and early intervention. The program's perspective is culturally sensitive and family-focused which emphasizes the value of individual differences in young children. This certificate meets the State's competencies for early childhood intervention/early childhood special education paraprofessionals. This Certificate meets California Title 5 requirements for the Child Development Associate Teacher Permit. Upon completion of all the courses contact the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing Office for an application.
