This online course will begin on Monday, August 17. On Friday, August 14, important course information will be emailed to registered students SBVC email accounts.

The text for this course is Mathematical Ideas, 14th edition, by Miller, Heeren, and Hornsby. The text is optional; however, a MyMathLab Student Access Code is required (which includes an online version of the book). The book in the bookstore includes a MyMathLab Student Access Code (ISBN 9780136209485), or you can just purchase a MyMathLab Student Access Code if you do not need a printed copy of the book (ISBN 9780135910269). Information about purchasing the Student Access Code online will be included in the August 14 email.
