Flu Vaccine for 2015-16 will be here in October.  Vaccine is provided by CDPH/ The main vaccine will be the nasal mist. There will be a few shots for students with chronic conditions.  Call our office 909 384-4495 or check for availability off campus. Flu season is October through February.

Health Fair and Mental Health Event: In B-100 and the Library Mall on Tuesday, November 17th from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Free event!  Mind, Body, Emotions, Behavior - It all matters. "If you really knew would know" activity, Card reading for cues to anxiety, depression and stress. Feel connected, change your thinking. Half of us are in need of help right now.  Free screenings. Health information presented in a playful way on Blood pressure, Belly Fat, Blood Sugar, Breathing, Good food, Stress management, First Aid, and more.   See our psychiatric tech students and  nursing students in action along with community groups sharing resources with you. We'll do it again Tuesday, April 19th check for  time and place.

Blood Drives: Life Stream and American Red Cross have many drives planned for Valley. Dates and times will be announced via posters and e-mail. Red Cross has a blood drive app at the Google Play Store.

Small Groups: Successful You via Strengths Quest are ongoing both semesters. Check your G-mail for a flyer. Discover your unique strengths- build confidence and decision making skills.

  Healthy Weight Intervention: assessment, nutritional evaluation, small group counseling for change. Start any time this semester. Call for an individual appointment.
