Course Title : GIS Applications

Course Description : Survey of the fundamentals of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) including hands-on experience in hardware and software elements used in GIS, vector-based data structures using ArcView, and raster-based data structures using ArcView Spatial Analysis Module.

Credit Type : Earned units for this course are applicable to an Associate Degree.

Prerequisite : CIT 101.
