Course Title : Honors in Art
Course Description : A study of contemporary movements in art and the way these ideas are manifest in the work of artists. Examination of the major innovations of Modernism and the impact of language, politics, and the mass media on contemporary art.

Credit Type : Earned units for this course are applicable to an Associate Degree.
Transferability : Course credit transfers to both CSU and UC.
Prerequisite : Complete ART 102 or ART 120X4 or ART 124X4 or ART 126X4 with an A or B, OR.
Corequisite : ART 102 or ART 120X4 or ART 124X4 or ART 126X4 and an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
