Course Name : POLICE-040
Course Title : Basic Bicycle Police Course
Course Description : This course is designed to improve students' bicycle riding skills and techniques of bicycle patrolling. The course will cover topics dealing with skills, equipment, nutrition, physical fitness, subject/suspect contacts. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED PROGRAM PREREQUISITES.
Additional Course Information
Credit Type : Earned units for this course are applicable to an Associate Degree.
Prerequisites : POLICE 002, POLICE 100, POLICE 101, POLICE 102 and POLICE 103 or CRMJUS 058.
Departmental Advisory : Students must be in good physical condition and be proficient bicyclers.
