Two kinds of transcripts can be requested online – PDF transcripts, which are delivered electronically, or printed transcripts which are delivered by mail. Both may be requested through Transcript Plus and paid with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). The cost for a printed transcript is $7.00, and $8.25 for a PDF transcript. San Bernardino Valley College has appointed Credentials Inc. as the designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of San Bernardino Valley College. The PDF transcripts that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process. Credentials Inc. has been granted the authority to deliver all such electronic transcript requests on behalf of San Bernardino Valley College and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions. Visit the Admissions & Records Office (AD/SS-100) to complete a Transcript Request Form; Photo Identification will be required.
Non-Official Transcripts
Transcript can be accessed online at SBVC. Get your Student ID# here to view transcript. If your transcript contains coursework prior to 1981 you must order official transcripts to receive a complete document.

Rush Service (SAME DAY - requested in person in the Admissions Office – not available for attendance previous to 1981) - $20/copy

*Processing time for all transcripts is 5-7 business days (except Rush Service and PDF Online requests)
*Only coursework completed at SBVC will appear on your transcripts. SBVC cannot provide copies of transcripts from other colleges or universities you have attended.
