Education for “All” Starts with Opportunity. The VBC program will release applications in early February for Fall 2012.
The award-winning Valley-Bound Commitment (VBC) program at San Bernardino Valley College (SBVC) is now taking applications for its fifth year (the 2012-2013 academic year) in February 2012. This student success program is for low income students and is designed to remove economic barriers and strengthen the academic achievement of its participants through a learning community within the First Year Experience program. Inland Empire-area high school graduates, including AB540 students, who qualify for this life-changing program will have their enrollment fees and textbooks covered for the first year of attendance at SBVC.
