Application to LVN-RN Bridge Program
- Submit the following to the Nursing Department in the semester before desired entry and when prerequisites are completed; December 1st for February entry
- Official College transcripts from all colleges attended except SBVC or Crafton Hills College (must be issued in last 6 months)
- Proof of High School completion (transcript OR Diploma OR G.E.D. score OR California State High School Proficiency exam score)
- All prerequisite courses must be complete at the time of application.
- Copy of California LVN license
- Résumé listing one year full-time work experience as an LVN (also include list of employer(s), patient care unit type, starting and ending dates
Note:
-Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Late applications may not be considered.
-Application to the Nursing program (available in the Health Sciences Office, Heath & Life Science Building, HLS 101 or below)
-Applicants with all requirements met will be randomly selected and accepted to the class or added to the wait list depending on space available.
-Students will be notified in writing of their admission status.
-Applicants wishing to transfer from another nursing program will only be considered if space is available.
