Computer Numerical Control: CAD/CAM

This degree/certificate is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment as production machinists working with complex computer numerically controlled (CNC) cutting machines.

For the associate degree, students must complete all requirements for the certificate with a Grade of C or better plus the general breadth requirements for the Associate of Science Degree (minimum total of 60 units).

Students working for certificates must have a basic knowledge of arithmetic, reading and writing in order to learn and work in the occupations they select.
