On July 21, 2001, at the Classified Senate meeting, it was agreed upon to change the schedule for meetings to the 2nd Friday of the month for the academic year 2011-2012. Meetings start at 1:00 p.m. and end at 2:30 p.m. Locations will be determined. This schedule may be subject to change pending agreement of the members.

November 11, 2011 (Veteran's Day Holiday, meeting may be rescheduled)
