Online Education Plan for Obtaining an Associate Degree
and for Meeting IGETC Breadth Requirements to Transfer to the California State University

Completing 19 online or hybrid courses as indicated below will enable the student to obtain an Associate Degree at San Bernardino Valley College and to complete the IGETC general education breadth requirements for the California State University system.
It is important to note that the same course cannot be used to meet requirements in two different categories. For example, a student who has taken HIST 100 cannot use this course to meet both the Area 3 requirement and the US History / Constitution / American Ideals requirement. |
