| Inasmuch as the California Education Code prescribes that add and drop dates be course specific, depending upon a number of factors, there may, on occasion be slight inconsistencies in printed and programmed dates. Such inconsistencies should they occur, may be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. All other deadlines -- For all refund(s) and "W" dates not specifically noted above (short-term classes), the following will apply: for refunds, students must drop before 10% of the instructional days have passed. In order not to receive a "W" for a class, students must drop before 30% of the instructional days have passed.
