The office of Distributed Education coordinates the televised and computer-delivered courses available to students of San Bernardino Valley College and Crafton Hills College. Televised courses are broadcast on KVCR-TV, channel 24, and generally have five meetings on campus. KVCR is also available on cable systems and DirectTV, possibly on a different channel as selected by the independent provider. Online courses require access to a computer system connected to the Internet, and may have up to three meetings on campus. Fees and academic credits are the same as equivalent on-campus courses.
