The MSSSC "Learners to Leaders" Leadership Retreat is a weekend program where students from SBVC interact with one another off campus in order to develop skill needed to establish critical relationships for success and advancement in their education.  Students will gain a deep understanding of leadership approaches, negotiating styles, beliefs and assumptions about power, cultural awareness, diversity sensitivity, and network structures.
