Valley Parking Permits

A parking permit or a daily pass is required to park on all college streets and in lots from 7:00 a.m. Monday through 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Permits can be purchased on-line during Registration or directly from the SBVC Campus Business Office (AD-206). Annual and Fall permits are only sold during the Fall semester, Spring permits are only sold during Spring semester and Summer permits are only sold during Summer session.

Daily permits may be purchased through ticket vending machines located in Parking Lot #7, #8 or #9.

Individuals with disabilities must display a valid DMV Disabled Placard and a valid college parking permit to park in designated disabled parking spaces.

The fee for parking permits is as follows:

Annual (includes Fall, Spring and Summer)$45
One Semester (Fall or Spring)$20
Summer Session$15
Daily Pass$ 1

To be eligible for a refund of the parking permit fee: 1) all classes must be cancelled by the college and such cancellation must result in a student's withdrawal from the college; or 2) the student must withdraw from all classes PRIOR to the first day of instruction. The parking permit must be attached to the refund request. Refund request forms are available through the Campus Business Office.

Brochures are available in the District Police Office or Administrative Services Office for additional information on parking rules and regulations.

The District Police website also has additional information on parking rules and regulations.
