The Campus Business Office Supervisor and Staff are continuously striving to improve the level and quality of services provided to our constituency. It is our intent to provide quality and timely services consistently.

The Campus Business Office is a multi-functional business services and accounting arena providing an inter-link for the campus and District with responsibility for the accounting functions for ASB/Clubs and Trusts, Bookstore, and Cafeteria for both SBVC & CHC.

Services provided by the office include the processing of all deposits from ASB, Clubs and Trusts and the Sun Room; distributing all financial aid checks, scholarships, EOPS/CARE checks and student loans; distributing employee payroll checks; processing student obligations for various departments (input, removal, receipting payments); selling parking permits; receipting citation payments; and processing citation appeals.

January 4, 2010, through June 4, 2010

Hours of operation are:

Monday-Thursday - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

(*Note:  We will be open until 6:30 p.m. the
first two weeks of the Spring Semester)
