The Campus Business Office Supervisor and Staff are continuously striving to improve the level and quality of services provided to our constituency. It is our intent to provide quality and timely services consistently.

The Campus Business Office is a multi-functional business services and accounting arena providing an inter-link for the campus and District. Services provided by the office include the processing of all deposits from Admissions/Records and Registration, District Police, ASB and Clubs and Trusts and the Sunroom. Additionally, this office coordinates the facilities use programs and does all the billing and collections for facilities use. We distribute all financial aid checks, scholarships, EOPS & CARE and loans to students. This responsibility includes the mailing and manual distribution of financial aid checks. Employee payroll checks are distributed from the Business Office. Another function is the processing of student obligations on the computer for various departments. This process may include input and removal as well as receipting in payments.

The Campus Business Office has responsibility for the accounting functions for ASB/Clubs and Trusts, Bookstore, and Cafeteria for both SBVC & CHC.

Monday-Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

(*Note:  We will be open until 6:30 p.m. the
first two weeks of the Spring Semester)
